These numbers seem low compared to other areas, but our area hasn’t been hit as hard as other areas, so this has been pretty consistent. The average asking price of this list is $185K, which is $36K more than last week. The average price per square foot of these is $85 which is $16 more than last week’s list. This is a lot of geographical area between these, but it gives a good snapshot of the rural areas of Flagstaff and towns surrounding Flagstaff.
